We have a nice blanket of snow on the ground here in Albany, New York - and enough cold weather that the snow is sticking around. Which is good, because if it's cold I want my snow!

I took the kids to out to the snowy countryside visit my Friend N and her sweet horse, Tom.

Such a pretty scene. My friend boards her horse at a beautiful farm. The day was bright, sunny and not a hint of wind - amazingly peaceful.

What a great way to spend a sunny winter day! Do you have snow on the ground?

What a good-looking family and a fine horse. Looks like you all had a great time!
ReplyDeleteLoretta, such a nice place to visit and your kids are cute - love your photo of the red barn against the blue sky.

These are such great photos. We don't have any snow here in Arkansas and barely got any all winter. In fact, it is 60 degrees at 5:54 p.m., but it will be colder by Wednesday. Only a high of 45. The crocuses have already bloomed and the jonquil blooms are setting. Spring it on it's way. I did enjoy the photos of your snow.
ReplyDeleteMary- Jonquils already! Wow! We wait here for Spring - they'll be in bloom here for my daughter's April birthday!
ReplyDeleteI am hearing birds singing in the morning lately - something they were not doing last month!
Loretta
Oh these pictures are great and what a fun day it looks like you all had!
