Spring?

{my crocuses in their snowy blanket}
Yesterday was the Vernal Equinox, so does that make today the first or the second day of Spring?

We welcomed Spring with two inches of snowfall this morning in Albany, New York. I keep forgetting we still get snow here in March. I keep forgetting I can't put the snow scraper away just yet. But I am remembering green grass and flowers! Just a little patience...

  3. Yep today is the first full day of spring but unfortunately old man winter doesn't know that. We're getting snow right now and will receive 3-5 inches of the stuff...can't wait! We can get snow right up to May but I'm praying not! Happy spring?????

  4. The snow's stopped and I will admit I must have exaggerated. It looks like just an inch, (not two inches!) of heavy, sloppy snow. It's started melting on the driveway already.

    I know the crocuses will bloom...
